That both parties are of legal age, with full legal standing to be able to carry out the following contract of ASSIGNMENT OF PROPERTY OF WILD ANIMALS, and both parties make this contract by common agreement with the CLAUSES detailed below, entering into effect on the day of transport of the animals:

FIRST. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT.

That the OWNER declares the legality of the animals that are the object of this contract and agrees to transfer ownership and possession of the animals registered as IN-15.020b in the AAP Foundation registration base and whose characteristics are detailed below:

SECOND. DOCUMENTATION.

That the OWNER, contributes to the signing of this contract the following documentation, presented as annexes numbered from 1 to 7:

1. The original CITES documentation of the aforementioned animals.

2. Copy of veterinary passports.

3. Veterinary records and reports.

4. Documents accrediting the origin of the acquisition and their origin.

5. Copy of the DNI of the owner of the animals.

6. Copy of the DNI of the person who signs this contract.

7. Any other official documentation related to the animals in question.

THIRD. DESTINATION, ACCOMMODATION AND EXPENSES OF THE ANIMALS.

That the RESCUE CENTER assumes responsibility for the accommodation and care (including veterinary expenses and food) of the animals and will not charge any sum to the undersigned under the strict condition that they do not use or acquire or use new animals either through purchase, donation, assignment, rental or any other means whatsoever.

That the RESCUE CENTER declares that the animals will not be transferred or intended in any way for vivisection or other type of laboratory research. Likewise, the animals will not be sold or relocated with private owners. That the fate of the animals will be for them to live in the RESCUE CENTER (located in Villena-Alicante) with other animals of the same species, under the care of big cat veterinarians, as well as specialized caretakers in the treatment, handling, feeding and caring for these animals. In the RESCUE CENTER animals get used to living in more natural environments, where they are re-socialized and rehabilitated. Once an animal is declared physically and mentally healthy, the RESCUE CENTER may seek permanent accommodation in reputable sanctuaries, reserves, zoos or animal parks of the same or higher quality as long as the animal’s welfare is guaranteed or improved. In any case, said relocation would never imply any commercial or profit motive, since the purpose of the RESCUE CENTER (AAP PRIMADOMUS FOUNDATION) is the welfare and protection of non-profit exotic animals. In cases where relocation is impossible, the RESCUE CENTER may house the animals permanently on its own land.

QUARTER. TRANSPORT.

That the transport will be made from the current location of the animals, in the town of Guardamar del Segura, to the RESCUE CENTER, in charge of the OWNER, in their environment regular transportation and under the supervision of your staff in collaboration with the staff AAP RESCUE CENTER.

FIFTH. DOCUMENTATION FOR TRANSPORTATION. TRANSPORTATION GUIDES.

That the RESCUE CENTER undertakes to process with SOIVRE and with the competent MINISTRY, the issuance of the necessary documents and transport guides, in order to be able to move the animals assigned to the aforementioned RESCUE CENTER.

SIXTH. INFORMATION ON ANIMALS.

That the OWNER undertakes to provide information about the animals to the RESCUE CENTER for the purposes of being able to know the RESCUE CENTER the following information:

1. Origin of the animal.

2. Type of training.

3. Character of behaviour with other big cats, how he behaves with males, with females, with adults, with young, with people and with other species of animals.

4. Food, indicating how many times you eat a day and type of food.

5. Veterinary history: indicating if he has had any operation, if he has taken any medication, if you are allergic, reactive or intolerant to any medication or food.

6. Reproductive status: possible castrations, use of contraceptives, breeding history, etc.

7. If you have had an incident with another animal or with people.

8. If you have a submissive or dominant character, as well as what are the circumstances, noises, animals or people, that can stress you out.

9. Communication of other observations that THE OWNER considers of interest.

That the OWNER will provide the contact telephone number of the usual veterinarian of the animals, as well as the tamer / trainer of the same and their usual caregivers, in case it is necessary to contact them, at any specific moment with any of them.

SEVENTH. EXPENSES CHARGED BY THE RESCUE CENTER. EXCEPTIONS.

That the RESCUE CENTER, takes charge of all the expenses and care of the animals from the moment of the irrevocable transfer of the aforementioned animals at the time of delivery, through the OWNER’s own transport, at home from the RESCUE CENTER in Villena, Alicante.

That THE OWNER admits that no other wild animal is under his possession and / or care. Likewise, it undertakes not to use or acquire new animals of the wild fauna, whether through purchase, donation, transfer, rental or any other means whatsoever. This clause applies equally to the OWNER of the animals and to the establishment “MACAGGIY CORTES CIRCUS S.L”.

What is excluded from this clause, the ownership, have possession and possession of domestic animals, designated by the OWNER for domestic purposes.

That in case of non-compliance with said clause, the undersigned must pay the sum of 94.80 euros per day and per animal sheltered in the AAP Primadomus Foundation from the date of their arrival to the date of their death or relocation.

EIGHTH. DOCUMENTARY OF THE ACT OF THE ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER OF THE ANIMALS.

That THE OWNER authorizes the RESCUE CENTER to record images and audio of the moment of transfer and displacement of the animals from the current location of the animals in origin and to the RESCUE CENTER located in Villena.

That at no time will the RESCUE CENTER inform or contact protectors at the time provided for the execution of the transfer of the animals and their delivery to the RESCUE CENTER.

That it is the will of the RESCUE CENTER, at all times, to act with respect towards the OWNER and publicly manifest the social work and good work of the OWNER with the act of transfer of delivery of the animals, committing not to make any negative comments against OWNER. Being, in any case, the will of the RESCUE CENTER, to propose the OWNER as a pioneering and exemplary company in Spain, for their transfer of animals to a RESCUE CENTER and for adopting and readjusting their show to a circus without animals.

NINTH. FORUM.

That both parties mutually agree that in the event of a dispute in the interpretation, application and execution of this document, they will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante.

The letter received from the Wildheart trust

This is the letter received from the Wildheart Trust after a complaint was made too them over their ‘rescued’ tigers.

The WildHeart trust of which Chris Packham is a trustee started a crowd funder appeal to help finance their tigers over the pandemic period. They claimed their tigers while at the circus had been mistreated and abused. They stated they lived hellish lives in cramped beast wagons and were forced to fight for scraps of food between performances. You could then donate your hard earned cash.

On the 10th June 2021, one of the tigers called Girona sadly passed away at the ripe old age of 18. Notably the Wildheart trust were quick to infer in the local press that the tigers previous life in the circus had been one of misery.

After an investigation in which we contacted the previous circus owners in Spain a completely different picture emerged. They provided us with pictures of the tigers when in their care and these showed a life far from a ‘life of misery’. They also provided us with a vets stamped certificate showing the excellent conditions in which they were kept.

While the cries to defund the BBC grow ever louder the witch-burning left-wing hate mobs, using carefully scripted propaganda provided by the aforementioned and their counterparts in the press are still running the country. The Tories after 70 years have still not found a solution to these vile rancid little mobs who have become more effective in achieving their twisted objectives. Sadly the kids we hoped would grow out of their Marxist indoctrination at the hands of fundamentalist academics and assume responsibilities over rights did the exact opposite and now sit in places of authority ready to act upon the whim of the left-wing hate mob in silencing anyone that counters their narcissistic view point.

Take 24 year old Jake Hepple, the lad from Burnley, he organised a banner to be flown over the Etihad stadium proclaiming White Lives Matter after becoming disenchanted with the beheading of a young girl in a park in Manchester. That’s a fair enough, he committed no crime and yet he has been sacked from his job for pictures and comments made when he was a 15 year old boy. Not only that his girlfriend lost her job and his mother’s business has been targeted. Just last week the gutter press were still camped outside his house in a deliberate attempt to cause harassment and provocation in the hope they can smear this young man and ruin his life still further.

This targeting using a left-wing hate mob to grossly inflate an issue for fake news stories is sadly nothing new and was perfected under a Labour Government in the late nineties. Then the target was the circus industry with a view to completely destroying the industry with harassment and bullying using a letter bomb a jar of jam laced with arsenic and a toxic hate mob being triggered by fake news and lies and the BBC were at the centre of it.

The BBC in 1996 aired a program called “Here and Now”, one of the episodes showed video footage from a new animal rights group calling themselves Animal Defenders (ADI). The footage showed circus animals showing signs of stress, without exercise and locked in their pens all day. The BBC made no attempt to balance out the program and complaints by the circus folk to the BBC went unanswered. The circus folk had to use their money and precious time to collect evidence and complain to the British Standards Commission (BSC). They provided countless eye witness statements saying the animals are exercised regularly thus cannot be locked in their pens all day. Vets and an animal psychologist came forward saying the animals are not showing signs of stress and are in excellent mental health. Or put another way – what do you expect if you illegally trespass onto circus-owned land in the middle of the night and shine a bright torch into the face of a sleeping animal, of course it’s going to look bloody stressed.

The BSC upheld the complaint and in May 1997 the BBC were forced to air a statement explaining the video footage was unfair and inaccurate.

So make no mistake the BBC are fully aware Animal Defenders are prone to making fake videos to promote their cause. So one would hope as an impartial broadcaster we would expect to see their experience being used to balance any propaganda put out by animal rights groups? Think again.

A year later, in 1998, the BBC were stuffing Animal Defenders anti-circus propaganda leaflets into their wild life magazine for circulation.

In October 1998 the BBC ran an article on the newly formed circus working group. This group comprised circus owners and those concerned over the welfare of circus animals. Not one comment was offered by the BBC from the circus owners but ample article space given over to anti-circus rants from the RSPCA and animal rights fanatic Roger Gale, with sub headings ‘Ban this Cruelty’.

So it’s very clear the BBC are still conspiring to promote the left-wing Labour party’s anti-circus agenda, even though they themselves have been caught out by the lies.

The need to pursue the agenda for their left-wing Labour Chums in government are an obscenity when you consider the exact same group of cheats offer the BBC more videos of claimed circus cruelty only this time it’s at Mary Chipperfields farm.

Did the BBC relay any form of concern as an impartial broadcaster to the public about this group’s previous videos that caused them embarrassment? Of course not.

They showed the highly edited videos willingly and without balance and this got the hate mob triggered, they in turn, sent tens of thousands of poisonous letters, some containing razor blades and a letter bomb to the Chipperfields. On the final morning of her trial Mary Chipperfields dying mother received a jar of jam laced with arsenic, Mary heard about this, turned to her confident and primary witness and exclaimed “I can’t go on like this”. The primary witness explained – “That broke Mary, the next I heard she was found guilty and I wasn’t even called to give evidence”.

The BBC and their nasty little left-wing hate chums had obtained the bent prosecution they so eagerly desired and this allowed them to continue their vicious nasty little war on the circuses. #DefundTheBBC now.

How the UK turned toxic and nasty?

Sure social media plays its part but it is not entirely to blame, instead it must come from a shift in politics and then become ingrained over decades, then taken as normal by a large swathe of the populace.

For that we need good honest free speech, not least because it has a wonderful fail-safe and allows people to fall on their swords, as Nick Griffin from the BNP found out. However, manipulated and used sublimely to provide a wall of fabrications it becomes a terrifying tool of oppression and hate that divides the nation. Currently fake news and outright lies in the press is doing a good job of that.

This toxicity is an invention of the left, they have in the last two decades promoted animal rights, environmental and climate issues to push their socialist agendas. “Doing it for Bambi”, who is going to argue? Gone are the picket lines, walk outs and 3 day weeks and its genuine grounding in fighting working class oppression, they have been replaced by environmental terrorists, extremists, fraudsters, cheats and liars.

They made their causes divisive so they can draw in the majority populations in towns and cities and involves telling rural people, with their traditional way of life, they have got it all wrong and don’t know what they are doing.

So if we take hunting and fox control as the perfect example – It’s written into parish records 300 years ago farmers were losing a huge amount of lambs to a burgeoning fox population and they had to employ fox hunters to slay the ‘noxious’ animal. A few years later it is written, the fox problem has greatly diminished and lambs are once again safe.

So a very hard lesson is learnt by farmers they must keep fox populations under control yearly or lose livestock, this knowledge of fox control and recognising a fox attack is passed down the generations and becomes traditional knowledge.

So for ban on hunting to progress the extremists, fraudsters, cheats and liars from the left wing animal rights groups must come up with an alternative and sell that to people who don’t know any better. They fund generously a Machiavellian from Bristol University for falsified research and they twist that still further and tell the people in the towns and cities ‘the fox doesn’t need controlling they control their own numbers through food availability’. Not an outright lie because all living creatures number are controlled by food availability but once applied to UK sheep farming and the need to protect livestock from fox predation, highly deceitful.

Of course people in towns and cities are sold ‘new research’ that shows outdated farmers and their old traditional practices of fox control are no longer needed and yet they keep on slaughtering foxes, they must have a blood-lust, hatred ensues. This happened two decades ago and heralded the start of the campaign of hate we see today waged against our farmers and countryside practitioners in general.

This deceit worked, Labour banned hunting and their urban base swallowed wholesale the fabrication ‘foxes control their own number‘. However the real reason – Labour took a million pound bung from IFAW/PAL, and this succinct point, ignored by urbanites, is not so by those living and working in the countryside, the hatred and divisiveness intensifies.

As the ban becomes law, and to rub rural people’s noses in it still further, Labour allow the two main proponents of the skullduggery to become charities. That’s IFAW and LACS. So they integrate themselves into the establishment over a few years, their mischief in obtaining the hunting ban is forgotten by a new generation. Not before long they are around a negotiating table advising police officers and the CPS on how best to uphold the hunting act, but do you see the problem?

THEY ARE STILL THE SAME OLD EXTREMISTS AND FRAUDSTERS only they are now advising on the law of the land, the evil liars and criminals have now become the good guys, what could possibly go wrong?

We end up in situations where a violent convicted criminal with working links to a fire bombing terrorists working in conjunction with a hunt monitor linked to charity, the League Against Cruel Sports set up an innocent Circus Supremo Bobby Roberts and the CPS use the evidence of the convicted criminal to obtain the prosecution of Roberts.

That’s what could go wrong, what a joke! The establishment has become so corrupted and are driving the left’s hatred for its new establishment members. So please politicians, CPS and DEFRA etc, don’t come crying over social media hate targeted at you, it’s your fault it is happening and the current Conservative policy on green/animal rights issues will only mean it intensifies.

Wales, Animal Circuses & Money For Policy

I am the former Chair of the group of circus people whose work with DEFRA under the Circus Working Group led to the so-called ‘Radford Report’ (November 2007) titled Wild Animals in Circuses. I was also for many years the elected Circus Councillor of Equity, the performers’ trade union.

Along with Thomas Chipperfield (Animal Trainer) Giulia Corsini (Dr of Veterinary medicine) Rona Brown (PAWSI) & Carol Macmanus (Circus Mondao) I recently gave evidence to the Climate Change, Environment & Rural Affairs Committee of the Welsh Assembly. The Committee is discussing the Assembly’s forthcoming Wild Animals and Circus (Wales) Bill, which proposes to ban the use by circuses visiting Wales of animals classified in the UK as ‘wild’. A footnote to the accompanying document clarifies this status.We were roundly congratulated by spectators for putting up a good argument for keeping animals in circuses. Sadly, we felt most of the Committee were paying lip service rather than listening. That impression was confirmed when I watched the presentation a while later of the Cabinet Secretary Lesley Griffiths AM.

It seems likely that Wales will shortly follow Scotland and England by banning the use of ‘wild’ animals in circuses.

In all three cases, the process leading to the legislation is highly suspect and owes more to outside influence and political manipulation than to democracy.

Wales has consulted organisations such as the RSPCA, ADI, PETA, and Born Free[i]. Together, the activist groups fund the Political Animal Lobby (PAL), an organisation which has donated £1 million to Labour for its support [ii] . Sizeable donations have also been made to the Conservative and Liberal Democrat Parties. The Scottish National Party accepted two donations; Scotland subsequently banned the use of ‘wild’[iii] animals in circuses performing there [iv]. Many believe such paid lobbying to be unethical, claiming that it distorts democracy by buying support.

As with Parliamentarians previously in Scotland and in England, Welsh Assembly members have been presented with anti-circus ‘evidence’ now categorically discredited. Rather than admitting that an overriding wish to ban circus animals steered them to being so seriously misled, the Welsh administration seek to side-step this gross error.

When questioned by a member of the Assembly’s Climate Change, Environment & Rural Affairs Committee, Cabinet Secretary Lesley Griffiths AM confirmed that the high standard of welfare of circus animals is not in question. Ms Griffiths claimed that a specially-commissioned ‘report’ submitted to Wales by the now-discredited ex-Professor Stephen Harris[v] deals with animal welfare so is not now relevant to her intentions. Yet Ms Griffiths continues to promote details of that document while ignoring the simple truths presented by DEFRA inspection reports and genuine scientific research.

Despite overtly agreeing that with her Committee and with expert Submissions that ‘ethics is a matter of personal opinion’, and while also publicly accepting that there is no welfare problem, Ms Griffiths insists that a ban of circus animals will be sought on ‘ethical’ grounds. The Welsh Assembly thus seeks to follow other UK administrations by imposing its personal opinions on the many who don’t agree with them.

The justification is tenuous. Ms Griffiths seeks it in statistics. An on-line ‘public consultation’ attracted a total of 6,500 responses. 4,500 of those were submitted as part of an organised campaign by an animal rights group, so may be not a true reflection of individual Welsh voters’ views. Nor did the survey require proof of Welsh residency. Like a similar survey purporting to gauge ‘English’ opinion, it was in fact global rather than regional.

[i] Inaccurate reporting compounds the public’s confusion over the motives of such groups. While seeking to give the impression they work for animal welfare (AW), the organisations collude with others to promote animal rights (AR), a completely opposite concept. It’s now widely accepted that the RSPCA, perceived by many to maintain its original ‘Welfarist’ stance, has been ‘Rightist’ for some years. PETA ‘rescues’ animals, then kills almost all of them (see attached graphics).

Welfarists seek the highest standards of care for animals; rightists promote the ending of all contact of any sort between humans and animals. The two philosophies are incompatible. Because arousing public sympathy benefits them in several ways, the AR organisations avoid correcting mistaken references to them as being AW.

Thanks to donations from kind-hearted people aroused by their emotive propaganda, all the activist organisations are wealthy. Animal Defenders International is a commercial company, not a Charity; the organisation’s London offices were rejected as ‘too expensive’ by the Labour Party and the United Nations, reflecting ADI’s massive level of income.

Camels and reindeer are accepted worldwide as ‘domesticated’ – ‘worldwide’ except in Britain, so that classification is purely arbitrary. Camels are used in the UK for trekking and camel-racing; Wales has stated that the use of those animals will not be banned. Any UK individual can buy a reindeer and keep it in their back garden without official comment; however, if the creature belonged to a circus it would be counted as a ‘wild’ animal. There are no elephants or big cats in UK circuses.

At the end of 2016, Dr Ted Friend, a recently retired professor at Texas A&M University, wrote to Bristol and the Welsh government, which commissioned the paper, raising concerns that the review was “biased” and analysed areas where he believed his evidence on animals’ behaviour in captivity had been misrepresented… Dr Friend also wrote to the Italian senate, which was considering Prof Harris’s work, to warn that it contained “blatant inaccuracies”. Animal Rights Corruption in HM Government

A British Columbia Butcher from across the pond stating what every other county in the world knows, the HM Government and DEFRA are riddled with animal rights corruption. The following information was provided to the Public Bills Committee on the 21^st May 2019, they completely ignored it, why?

The Home office under a Labour Government (1998) had already ignored evidence showing the animal rights groups had setup Mary Chipperfield. They wanted to prosecute her as per their new agenda in animal rights. Now in 2019 a Conservative Government are looking to finish what Labour started having been infiltrated themselves by animal rights. They go through the same laborious pretence of a public evidence session at the Bills committee stage, this is designed to give the public the false belief everything is above board and all evidence is being heard.

In reality they have absolutely no intention of reviewing any information that conflicts with what they have already made up their minds to do, it has to be ignored so they can carry on lying and cheating with impunity. Even the most famous case involving Mary Chipperfield had been fabricated to sway public opinion and they were given information explaining what happened. But by ignoring a first-hand account from an eye witness they can accuse the circuses of being responsible for their own demise and they did just that. They sat there several times and accused the circuses of being responsible for their own demise through bad practices, ironically they claimed they had been caught on camera by animal rights groups.

That is how corrupt we are in the UK and why no country should ever listen to our ‘ethical’ concerns from HM Government on how we view your use of animals and conservation practices. SADC countries and Japan take note, we are riddled with the cancer of animal rights at every level of Government.

My name is David I am an animal trainer who worked alongside Mary Chipperfield for many years and was due to give evidence in her trial in 1999. The trial date was put back as the preceding case overran, the court case started and was then suspended, I was waiting for it to recommence and be called. I was waiting back at Mary’s farm as I was also helping look after the animals in Mary’s absence. The call never came and that’s when I heard she had been convicted.

Just how a key eye witness, who was present during one of the alleged beatings and whose voice can be heard on that highly edited video by ADI gets overlooked remains a mystery. Especially when you consider it was used in evidence to convict Mary.

The edited video in question is made up of three different separate occasions when Mary is putting Trudy to bed. I can only relate to the one time I was present and it is me answering ‘Yes’ to Mary at 19:27.

The night in question I had visited Mary to take her to see her dying mother in hospital. She had one last job and that was to put Trudy to bed and I accompanied her on the way down. As we walked to the barn Mary turned and said

“Someone has done something to Trudy”

On arriving at the barn I could see what she meant, Trudy was being less than her normal co-operative self and Mary applied discipline in line with her knowledge of chimpanzees and gave her two taps from a child’s riding crop. I had not seen Trudy play up before when Mary and her other carer Virginia Winter looked after her, but Virginia was dying from cancer and unbeknown to Mary her newly appointed carer was Rachael White, the ADI plant. Rachael had blond hair and was roughly the same height as Mary and knew as everyone else on the farm Mary kept her work over-clothes easily accessible in the conservatory up at the house. Someone is seen in that video link above, at 18:44, in darkness running around a cage hitting out in the darkness but that is not Mary. Putting on the animal trainer’s clothes to mimic the trainer was a tactic employed by ADI. Rachael White’s accomplice Terry ‘Spike’ Stocker AKA Terry Hill had done the same many months earlier at Dickie Chipperfields.

It was then alleged in court and in newspapers that Mary kicked Trudy multiple times in the back, I was present when the multiple kicking took place, Mary was actually trying to free a jammed door and was not kicking Trudy.

At the end of the video, around 19:34, Trudy can be heard whimpering and Mary says ‘you can bloody cry’ to Trudy. The chimp expert Jane Goodall said in court:

‘She’s crying, a small chimp infant, like a child, plunged into darkness, frightened and alone. To me this is very cruel’.

Had Jane Goodall known that Mary left the pen after saying ‘you can bloody cry’ and then turn to me and say ‘David what am I doing’ march back into the pen take Trudy from her sleeping quarters and give her a big hug then she might have said otherwise. This very important part was edited out of the video.

I also have very serious concerns at Jane Goodall’s attempt to draw parallels between 18 month old chimpanzees and human babies to appeal to human emotion. Chimpanzees can be very dangerous, even at 18 months, and will attack if not handled properly. Mary knew this as her father’s friend lost both hands in a chimpanzee attack.

It was alleged in the newspapers that Trudy was forced to sleep in a dog crate called the sky cradle in a cold damp barn in isolation. However, the majority of times she slept in her sleeping quarters in an insulated barn. She mainly slept in the crate up at the house, it is used because chimps in the wild like to sleep in different locations and they make a night cradle for themselves. The crate mimics what is natural and can be moved around and put in her pen to give another location for the night. Jane Goodall and the Born free foundation would have known this.

Trudy was only kept in isolation at night and that was because her mother was fighting over her with another female and her father wanted to kill her. A vet was consulted and advised Trudy be removed from this very dangerous situation. The vet used a dart on the two very possessive females to remove Trudy after she lost the top of her finger in one encounter. This violent behaviour is not uncommon in the wild amongst chimpanzees although lesser known amongst the public. In 1999, Jane Goodall and the Born Free Foundation would have known about it.

Mary agreed to look after and bring up Trudy along with her best friend Virginia Winter. During the day she was put in a pen with her older siblings to play or was up at the house with Mary. Having older siblings’ means they are stronger and play rougher, another reason why Trudy was isolated at night.

It was alleged in the newspapers that Trudy was fed scraps from a bin, these scraps were actually expired foodstuff, Mary would bring it home and take all the best for the animals while what was left would be divided up between the staff, it was fit for human consumption, I was fed well at Mary’s.

The first time I met the ADI plant ‘Terry Spike Stocker’, AKA Terry Hill, he was hitting lions through the bars with a metal muck rake, I called out to him ‘Hey we don’t do that sort of thing here’. He explained he couldn’t get the lions into their sleeping quarters so he could scoop up the poo. I showed him how to do this without using force. It’s ironic he turned out to be a plant trying to capture animal welfare concerns.

I believe a huge injustice has occurred, and it seems almost incomprehensible a judge would actually allow edited footage to be used in court. Against such a scurrilous backdrop I fail to see how we can ban wild animals in circuses when I know, having worked in the industry, the welfare of circus animals is of very high standard.
